Annual Anti-Corruption Statement
Corruption severely undermines economic development, the rule of law, and the environment. It can also lead to serious human rights violations — particularly in the mining sector.
To combat this, MCI implements:
- A strict anti-corruption policy
- A Code of Conduct for all employees
- Regular assessments and a training program
- A practical handbook to help staff identify and report risks
- A confidential whistleblower system, with protection for those who speak up
Every team member has the responsibility to remain vigilant, report any suspicious activity, and contribute to a culture of ethics and integrity.
"Together, let’s build a strong future rooted in unshakable ethical principles.
